The Tadpole, a close cousin of the Trilobite, is another great kite design from Ma Qinghua.  It’s available in many colours and several sizes.  In flight, it requires slightly less wind than the Trilobite, so is great for those days when the latter doesn’t quite want to leave the ground.  The Tadpole is also more steady in the air, and has rather more lifting power, so is great for hoisting line laundry.
